Vimagin guaranties all sales and is committed to cutomer satisfaction. Customer has the right to return all items or some items of an order within 30 days if not satisfied with the quality or performance of products.
Customer will receive a credit of the purchase price on returned items. Customer must pay for the return shipment and Vimagin would appreciate a note or explanation for purpose of the return. Vimagin expects the items returned be packaged as close as possible to their original conditions and too include all relevant packaging materials, information manuals or instructions where applicable.
